Each user may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the rules or cause harm is strictly prohibited.
4. User obligations
By using the platform, you undertake not to:
- Publish unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening content, or content that infringes on others' privacy
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Spread false or misleading information about a game
- Use the platform for unauthorised commercial purposes or solicitation
- Attempt to bypass the platform's security mechanisms
- Collect personal data about other users without their consent
- Disrupt the proper functioning of the platform (DDoS attacks, injection, etc.)
5. User-generated content
Author's responsibility
Each user is fully responsible for the content they publish. By publishing content, you declare that you hold all necessary rights (copyright, image rights) over that content.
Licence granted to Reload-Airsoft
By publishing content on the platform, you grant Reload-Airsoft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of promoting and operating the platform.
Moderation
Reload-Airsoft reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice. A reporting system is available to users.
6. Airsoft games
Platform's role
Reload-Airsoft is a technical intermediary between organisers and participants. The platform does not itself organise games and cannot be held responsible for their organisation, cancellation, or the behaviour of participants.
Organiser's obligations
By publishing a game, the organiser undertakes to:
- Hold the necessary authorisations (landowner permission, appropriate liability insurance)
- Comply with current airsoft regulations (Joule limits, minimum age, PPE)
- Inform participants of any changes or cancellations as promptly as possible
- Ensure participant safety during the game
Airsoft regulations
Airsoft is a regulated activity. The replicas used are subject to French legislation (law of 6 January 2006). It is the responsibility of each player and organiser to comply with these regulations.
7. Payments and refunds
Online payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (an authorised payment service provider). Reload-Airsoft does not store your banking details.
Refund policy
The refund policy is defined by each organiser in their game description. In the absence of any mention, all payments are final. If the organiser cancels the game, registered and paid participants will be fully refunded.
Platform commission
Reload-Airsoft charges a commission on payments processed through the platform. This commission is deducted from the amount paid to the organiser and is never charged as an extra fee to the participant.
8. Intellectual property
The "Reload-Airsoft" brand, logo, platform design, and all content created by Reload-Airsoft are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Reload-Airsoft cannot be held liable for:
- Physical, material or immaterial damage occurring during an airsoft game
- Inaccuracies in information published by organisers
- The cancellation or modification of a game by an organiser
- Data loss due to a service interruption
- Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss
10. Suspension and termination
By the user
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days (see our privacy policy).
By Reload-Airsoft
Reload-Airsoft reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, without notice or refund of any current subscriptions.
11. Changes to the Terms
Reload-Airsoft reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via a platform notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
Before taking any legal action, we invite you to contact us at Relaod-Airsoft@proton.me in order to seek an amicable resolution.
